Gary Gallant, having counseled hundreds of corporate clients and multiple national law firms, is one of Washington’s foremost experts in the Lobbying Disclosure Act (LDA) and the Federal Election Campaign Act (FECA). His motto in these areas: “be vigilant and stay out of the headlines!”

Gary provides legal advice and counseling to companies and trade associations that have specific questions and matters involving LDA and FECA compliance. More generally, Gary can design and maintain an entire LDA compliance program for his clients, including the filing all of LD2, LD203, and FEC quarterly reports.

On the campaign finance side, Gary has launched dozens of Political Action Committees (PACs) on behalf of corporate, trade association, and candidate clients.
